We were placed in this temporary accommodation by the council in May, and I wanted to share our experience.

Before moving into temporary accommodation, we were honestly quite worried because of some of the stories we had heard and we didn’t know what to expect. However, our experience with this company has been completely different. From the beginning, they have treated us with kindness, respect and understanding, and it genuinely feels like you are dealing with people who care rather than just a company.

We did experience some problems during our stay, but whenever we raised an issue, they listened to us and worked to get things resolved as quickly as possible. They also carry out regular monthly inspections of the property, which gives us reassurance that everything is being properly looked after.

A special thank you to the Director of the company, who has always been approachable, understanding and willing to help. When we had a particularly difficult issue recently, he personally made sure everything was sorted out and resolved for us as soon as possible. We are extremely grateful for the way he handled the situation and supported our family.

Some members of my family have health problems, so having somewhere safe and comfortable to live is extremely important to us. Despite how worried we were about temporary accommodation initially, we have felt very comfortable and settled here.

We are very grateful to the whole team for the way they have treated our family and would happily recommend them to others.
